1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using KokoDesk ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. User Account Security
To access certain features, you must create a secure account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (such as password and tokens) and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or breaches of security.
3. Permissible Use and Limits
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:
- Uploading malicious payloads, trojans, or executing raw injection codes.
- Spamming support channels, billing processors, or server APIs.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity and security of servers or databases.
- Reselling, replicating, or reverse-engineering KokoDesk codebase, proprietary modules, or styling designs.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing
We offer free plans and subscription-based premium packages (KokoDesk Pro). All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, and are handled securely via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
You can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your premium plans at any time via your account Settings dashboard. Upon cancellation, your premium benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Intellectual Property & Ownership
You retain all copyrights, intellectual properties, and ownership rights over any content assets, scripts, hooks, descriptions, and media files that you write or upload onto your KokoDesk workspace.
All KokoDesk trademarks, logos, visual style, custom assets, and source codes are and remain the exclusive property of KokoDesk and its design teams.
6. Limitation of Liability
KokoDesk is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall KokoDesk, its partners, or developers be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
