1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you provide to us directly, such as your name, email address, profile description (bio, niche), and social media handles (Instagram, YouTube) during registration and onboarding.
Additionally, we store content assets, calendar events, script briefs, and brand deal data that you upload or input within the platform to provide you with active CRM and management features.
2. Financial Data and Transactions
KokoDesk uses Razorpay as our third-party payment gateway to process transactions. Your payment details (card numbers, bank accounts) are processed directly by this secure provider. We do not store your raw credit card credentials on our servers; we only store metadata such as subscription statuses, plan levels, and invoice references.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, run, and optimize the KokoDesk workspace.
- Verify your account identity and send verification links.
- Process payments, manage deals, and track content metrics.
- Send system notifications, feature announcements, and customer support replies.
- Analyze aggregate usage patterns to enhance platform usability and performance.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using PostgreSQL and Supabase cloud infrastructure. We implement standard encryption, token validation, rate-limiting, and sanitized interfaces to prevent data injection or security breaches. While we take every proactive step to secure your data, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
5. Third-Party Integrations
KokoDesk integrates with third-party networks and APIs (Google OAuth, Resend, Supabase). Each third-party platform operates under its respective terms. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies when utilizing these tools inside our ecosystem.
6. Your Data Rights
You have full control over your data. At any time, you can request access to, edit, or delete your entire account profile and all corresponding deals, payments, and script assets directly from your settings panel, or by contacting our team at hello@kokodesk.com.
