1. Refund Eligibility Overview

We believe in providing the absolute best tool for content creators. To ensure you feel completely confident in your purchase, we offer a transparent, no-fuss refund guarantee.

If you subscribe to a KokoDesk Pro plan for the first time, you are eligible for a 100% full refund if you contact us within 7 calendar days of your initial transaction.


2. Renewal and Recurring Charges

Subscription payments for KokoDesk Pro plans run on automatic recurring schedules (monthly or annual). Notifications are sent via email prior to any renewal.

Refunds are not automatically granted for recurring billing renewals. However, if you forgot to cancel your subscription and were billed, please contact us within 48 hours of the renewal and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply send a short email to our billing support inbox at hello@kokodesk.com.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Your KokoDesk registered account email.
  • Your transaction ID or invoice number (available in your Payments dashboard).
  • (Optional) A brief explanation of why the product wasn't a fit, so we can improve KokoDesk.

4. Refund Processing Times

Once a refund is approved by our billing team, it is initiated instantly. The fund clearance timeline depends on your payment gateway provider (Razorpay or credit card issuer):

  • Razorpay / UPI Payments: Usually clears in 2 to 5 business days.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Usually reflects within 5 to 7 billing days.
